Had an amazing experience with this dealership. Mark, went above and beyond at every step of the process. Helping with insurance explaining paperwork etc. he also took it upon himself to spend three days finding the best deal he could for financing. After being previously denied 5-6 times. Mark got me financing with Tucson federal credit union, getting me a deal better then anything I’ve been offered for the last 3 months or trying every dealership I could think of. In my opinion. The best dealership I’ve found in all of Tucson.

This place is heaven sent!! I have been trying to get a car for a good 3 years. Each time I tried it seemed like it was impossible to get a car for someone in my position.

I came in fully prepared to be met with false hope or simply not meet their requirements... Nope. I was helped by Mark, he immediately assured me it was not false hope and getting a car today was a real possibility. It definitely was! The owner, Mark, and "Mose/Moe"-(I believe) all worked together on different things that came up. They were all super nice!! The levels team worked hard to get me into a car I was happy with!! Thank you so so much guys 😊🙏🏽

Disappointed and Frustrated – Deal Fell Through Despite Being Ready to Pay in Full

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and was fully prepared to pay the full asking price upfront, without financing. My sales contract was already written up, and I was simply waiting on delivery details to finalize the transaction.

I was in constant communication with the dealership, particularly with my salesperson Loai. I even called back within an hour of our last conversation, only to be told the vehicle had just been sold — despite the manager being fully aware that we had a deal ready to close.

I completely understand that dealerships typically don’t hold vehicles, but this situation was different. We had a finalized deal pending only on a delivery confirmation, and I had my payment method ready. It’s incredibly disappointing and feels like a lack of integrity and professionalism, especially when I had clearly demonstrated I was a serious buyer ready to close.

I hope future buyers are treated with more respect and transparency than I was.

Those guys changed my perspective about car dealerships and car salesmen. They are very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating customers needs. I came here to get new keys programmed for my truck. Loai got it done in less than 5 minutes. He even informed me about an issue in my truck that showed up in their device while they were programming the keys. I will be bringing my second car for extra key tomorrow. I strongly recommending trying this place for car purchase or car keys/fobs.

Levels Auto is the most friendly, compassionate, kind and trustworthy Dealership that I have ever had the pleasure working with. I will always trust them with my vehicles purchases. Thank you for always making me feel like family and being willing to go above and beyond! Blessings to you all :)
