2011 Heartland MPGT186 Travel Trailer. Brand new tires as on 3/1/2024 Lightweight trailer can be pull whit 6 cylinder SUV GVMR 3800 Lbs. This trailer have a unique floorplan, single slide out, wet bath, Bunk bed in the front, Dinette that coverts to a queen side bed and a pop up tent in the rear that accommodate a full size mattress ( not included). Dual propane tank, marine battery that is 1 year old, spare tire is 2 years old , 4 leveling manual jacks, 36 gal fresh water tank, and 30 gallon tank for gray and 30 gal black water tank. 55 amps converter, Microwave, 5.1 cu 3 way fridge, 6 gallon gas/electric 20,000 BTU water heater, 13,500 BTU roof mounted AC unit and works very well. 2 burner gas stove. AM/FM radio with 2 indoor speakers and 19 inch LCD TV included ( never used it since we own the TT). All dump hoses are included. 205/75/15 tires whit ease grease hubs (done last fall). Lots of storage, ease pass through storage in the rear and open storage under bunk bed, privacy windows whit binds. Dome screen room included but we never use it. I stalled a USB fast charger whit battery monitor, also a loud manual siren to alert or scare wild animals. We own this TT for 2 years and took it out several times and really enjoy it. Reason for selling, wife got transferred to work out of state and didn’t got used so time to downsize. Is a 13 years old TT so have some wear but is solid and water thigh, exterior paint is faded due to the AZ sun. I will include some linen, towels, extra 4 inch memory foam for added comfort, some pots and pans, some plates and cups. You need to buy some utensils, other pots and food and you are set.
