Buying a vehicles here is as easy as pie. All the sales people are great to talk to, very kind and respectful. Avoid this dealership!

I purchased a used car from Hood to Coast in October, primarily for local commuting. By November, I began experiencing clutch issues and promptly informed the dealership. They claimed they would follow up, but no one ever contacted me. I called again later and was assured that a manager would reach out, but that also never happened.

After just two weeks of driving the car, I had a flat tire. While that’s understandable for a used car, the tire iron provided with the car didn’t even work for the vehicle. I was fortunate to be in a safe location when it happened, but it was a massive inconvenience and entirely avoidable if proper tools had been included.

Last week, while driving on the interstate, the car struggled to maintain speed. It’s now completely unreliable at higher speeds, especially on hills, and poses a safety hazard. I expected this car to last at least a year or two, but instead, I got just one month of a functioning clutch and two months with a broken barely drivable vehicle.

The lack of follow-through from the dealership, coupled with the poor quality of the vehicle and missing basic necessities, has been extremely disappointing.
