2014 Mazda 3 I-Touring Hatchback. Clean Title. Car will be at Santa Clarita Auto Fair (COC) every weekend. Maintenance in last couple years - New tires, rear breaks & rotor resurfacing, new drive belt (due to cracking not failure), brake fluid flush, & battery. Last oil change 3k miles ago (all maintenance done with dealer). Car only driven 5k to 6k miles a year for the last 4 to 5 years. Car is in good working order, no issues. Interior is clean, no issues. Exterior - Passenger fender has cosmetic damage (as seen in pictures) and the paint has failed on the hood, roof and rear hatch. There is other normal minor wear to vehicle. Price is based off of KBB. If paint was in better condition, the car would sell for 10k - 12k. 10k being higher mileage.
