Semiarundinaria fastuosa ‘Viridis’ bamboo in a #5 size nursery pot, nine canes, eight feet tall $65. Hardy to -5F Average mature height if in the ground 20 to 25 feet. In a container it may not reach those heights and would depend on the size of the container. This is one of the most upright bamboo that will make a dense screen even in limited space. This is one of hundreds of bamboo plants and many other varieties of bamboo we are putting on sale as we have to move our entire nursery. Now is a great time to get your plants for installation this Fall or for next Spring. These plants can stay in the containers until next Spring if you are not ready to plant them now. Bamboo that are established in containers can be transplanted any time of the year even in the middle of Winter or in the middle of the Summer.
