I don’t quite remember how or when I acquired this guitar but in my search I found the following: Perfect for beginning players, the First Act Discovery acoustic guitar is sized especially for young players, and has thin frets and low string action to make it easy to play. From another search: the instrument is 31 in. long - therefore I gather it’s made for a child who is just learning to play the guitar. I have included photos of a few imperfections and it has 3 missing guitar strings. It does come with a carrying case with 2 zippered pockets.
