Selling my Green Machine. I bought this about a year ago and simply have been unable to use it as I had hoped and want to give someone else the opportunity to travel with it. I believe I am the 4th owner. I have all the paperwork in hand and it passed smog in January. The previous owner built the upgrades on the interior. It runs and drives great. MECHANICAL: 1990 Ford E-350 Class B RV, 351CI/5.8L V8 engine, just under 120k miles, twin fuel tanks, E40D Transmission, 5 practically new tires bought by previous owner, fully bedlined very durable maintenance free coating, brand new Class IV Curt hitch rated to tow significantly more than the RV as, heavy duty suspension with helper springs in the rear on the shocks, cruise control, brand new rear brakes. RV FEATURES: I was told the the refrigerator is a brand new 3 way Dometic fridge (this means that it will run off propane, 12v or 110/220 power), propane hot water heater, toilet with hose to assist in flushing if necessary, shower, sink (which can also double as a way to have an outdoor shower), 12 gallon fresh water tank (I believe I am correct on the size but there are no decent markings to check) and you can add to this the 3 gallon hot water heater and you have pretty decent fresh water capacity, grey water tank, black water tank, onboard monitor for battery level, fresh,grey and black water level and propane. Dual battery setup. One cranking battery which only runs the engine and light directly above the passenger/driver. One deep cycle battery for all accessories/other power needs. Battery Isolator with provisions to add solar if you needed/wanted to. This battery isolator will charge the main battery first so you can start the RV then switches to the deep cycle battery for auxiliary use. (from my understanding if the cranking battery dies the battery isolator will link the two together so that you will be able to “jump” yourself). Full LED lighting in the interior. Has high\low settings, depending on how much light you need. Reflectix cut out to size for all the windows. Full brand new insulation throughout. Brand new carpet up front. Captains chairs which swivel 360°. Hose spigot located outside for washing hands/feed/shoes prior to getting inside the RV. Tons and tons of storage. All the storage can accommodate very heavy gear too if needed. Ability to completely drain the RV of water for storage purposes. Roof vent with fan so you can stay cool while you cook inside or hang out. Windows behind driver/passenger are tinted. Can open two of the rear side windows and both rear windows for good airflow.
