Story about the AC: I bought this AC new and found out I can't have an AC at the old place, due to the electricity being included, so it sat in storage since 2020. I moved to another place with electricity included, very small place and was allowed an AC. So I took it out of storage, then found out they want to charge me 85.00 a month to have it running, whether off or on in the window they still will charge mea. So now I got to get rid of this beast. It's in excellent shape and maybe got a month usage in 5 years. It's a great AC! I paid 325.00 new back then, asking 100.00 dollars due to hardly been used. Guaranteed it works like new like all of my other items I'm selling on here. Cooling Capacity: 12,000 BTU, suitable for cooling spaces between (contact info removed) sq ft. Great for 1 bedroom but will cool a 2 bedroom, depends on where the window is located to circulate all rooms. I ran it for a 2 bedroom until I found out ACs weren't allowed. It features three cooling and fan speeds. It also has a built in breaker on the cord. Features: 3 fan speeds. 24-hour on/off timer for setting a cooling schedule. Antimicrobial mesh filter.
