It looks pretty good and comes with all the controls. I can’t get the starter to go so it needs that replaced before you can crank it. Otherwise the guy I bought it from said I ran fine until it stopped cranking. I don’t wanna bother with it so someone else can have this project. You can have the boat too with the motor, just no trailer.
