The shell size is 90”x42”. I made this camper from scratch. I have the build photos also. It does have an Arizona title that can be easily transferred. As you see in the pictures but awnings are self-supporting from the trailer frame. And could be tied down in bad weather. It also has a small green apron around the bottom so water does not come into the inside. The tires and wheels have less than 500 miles on them. It also has a cooler rack on the tounge. Also haste leveler jacks all four corners.
