This is everything you need to go biking OR skiing. This setup will fit four bikes. It will also fit two snowbaords and one pair of skiis (or multiple pairs of skiis if youbhave skiis only). This is a hitch mount setup and can be used with both large and small receivers as it has an adapter for larger receivers. This comes with two different keys - one for the hitch lock and the cable to lock your bikes / ski adapter. The other key is to lock your snowbaords/skiis into the adapter. All this was well $500 new. Yours for $200 and available for pickup in San Jose, Santa Clara, or Los Altos depending on the day/time.
