I’ve purchased from Magnolia Appliances twice now, and each time the experience has been excellent. Today I picked up an LG washer and dryer set, and the team did a fantastic job with delivery and installation.

The units are scratch-and-dent, but mechanically they’re in great condition. Mine came with barely any marks, and honestly, with how clumsy I am, I’d probably add those scratches myself anyway. The nice thing is you can go in store, see the exact units, and they’ll deliver the ones you choose—no surprises.

Their customer service is top-notch. Communication is clear, they never pressure you, and they’re very knowledgeable about what they carry. The products themselves are the same models you’d find at major retailers like Costco, Lowe’s, or Home Depot—I looked up my LG set and saw it at Costco for comparison.

Earlier this year, I bought a Bosch dishwasher from them (manufactured November 2024), and it’s been running beautifully ever since. That’s what gave me the confidence to come back for the washer and dryer, and I’m just as happy with this purchase.

I’m a very satisfied repeat customer and already planning to return for a 4-door Samsung fridge. If you’re looking for great appliances, honest people, and smooth delivery/installation, Magnolia Appliances is the place to go.

Found this store via OfferUp and I am so happy we did! The responsiveness to messages/texts has been A+++++++. No bs, straight forward answers and quick. Came in to the store, saw exactly what we asked for and even picked up a dishwasher to match the fridge we were after. Delivery communication was consistent and thorough. Delivery and install also gets A++++++. Driver was very respectful of my home and driveway, it’s a little steep and his lift gate scraped. Rather than force his truck up he said I’ll just unload in the street and dolly everything up without me even asking. Price… on average to everywhere else we found that wasn’t Home Depot or Lowe’s, the customer service is what sets this store apart from everyone else. Definitely will be shopping here again in the future.
