Description

Its a freshwater pump for your drinking water system but Jabsco advertises it to be a high enough pressure pump that its big enough to be used as a deck wash pump as well at 4 gallons per minute it’s basically brand new i bought it brand new 6 months ago for $180 at west marine and installed it in my motor boat but i liked it and wanted to install it in my sailboat instead and I got a little bit rough removing it. I couldn’t get the screw out of the mounting bracket and I ripped the hole where the screw goes through on the mounting bracket and also cracked the housing on the water outlet hose, and it leaked through the crack. so I JB welded it and fixed the leak so it still works perfectly and has barely been used you just cant remove the water outlet fitting now. Thats all. It was only used for about a month total. It just doesn’t look brand new anymore because it’s been epoxied but that’s what I had to do to fix the tiny leak. Also the wires are cut a little bit short, but still plenty of length to hook up a crimp connector or wire nut and add as much wire as you need. so basically it’s a brand new $180 pump for half the price because its been repaired and doesn’t look brand new anymore.
