Leather is well worn and aged. Missing button on the ottoman. The underside of the Headrest pillow has a repair patch. Not noticeable at all. And now as good as new. The leather on the right arm rest and the out seam of the ottoman has the most wear visible. I keep the leather conditioned as mush as possible to keep the leather supple. Pick up in DTLA storage facility.
