The colors range from blue to greenish to soft gray — beautiful little things, great for pickling, garnishes, or just something special at breakfast. These eggs are unwashed and unrefrigerated, so they keep their natural protective bloom — good for 2–3 weeks at room temp, or up to 5 weeks refrigerated. This week’s prettiest egg?
