2007 Mercury Montego

I’m selling my 91 year old moms 2007 Mercury Montego. It has a CLEAN TITLE and currently has under 104,000 miles on it. She is the 2nd owner of this vehicle as she purchased it used from a Ford dealership in 2007. At that time the vehicle had 11,000 miles on it. THE BAD The vehicle needs new brakes and could probably use a tune up. Also the A/C only blows out warm air so it’s in need of a recharge. The windshield wipers work but the mechanism that squirts wiper fluid onto the windshield doesn’t. The passenger side fender / bumper area near the headlight shows some minor impact damage. There’s currently an error message that says “Oil Life 0% Change Oil” although the vehicle had an oil change not that long ago and is full. The front 2 tires have low tread and should be replaced. THE GOOD The vehicle runs and sounds good. It has low miles as my mom didn’t drive it much (under 5,500 miles a year). It also has a new battery and the back 2 tires are pretty much new. I hooked up a OBD2 scanner to it recently and it has 0 codes stored on it. The car passed smog a few months ago. The registration is good until April 2027. Overall the vehicle is in good shape for its age and is reliable transportation. I’d say the vehicle shows normal wear and tear for being 19 years old. With its low mileage and minimal mechanical issues there’s still a lot of life left in this vehicle to give. Pink slip is in hand ready for its new owner. $2,200 CASH or best offer
