Zaira was fantastic! We recently purchased a car from her, and she was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. It never felt like a pushy sales experience — she made everything feel easy and comfortable. Zaira answered our questions quickly over text, even after hours, and sent us pictures and videos of the car since we weren’t able to come see it right away. She truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth. We will definitely work with her again! Eric in the finance department was also wonderful — he made everything really easy. We were able to complete most of the process over the phone and just came in to sign the final paperwork.

Very disappointing service experience. Dropped my vehicle off on Monday for warranty repair due to a check engine light. Vehicle was ready to be picked up Friday. Paper work provided at check out indicated repairs were completed and verified. When my vehicle was delivered, it had a check engine light. After an entire week of being inconvenienced without my vehicle, to have it delivered back to me with a check engine light is very disconcerting. Now, I have another appointment set for next Monday. Hope to see better quality control on second visit.
