This is such a sweet collectible figurine that was made by Charlot Byj in West Germany. The vintage figurine is of a red-headed boy giving a red-headed girl a haircut. Its title is "Shear Nonsense". It measures just about 5" tall and is in great condition, with no chips, cracks, or crazing.
