AutoNation Plano's service was excellent! I finally found the truck I'd been looking for online from 300 miles away. Called and Jesus took great care of me from beginning to end. I had a terrific experience with AutoNation in Plano. From my first contact to the moment before I drove away in my new vehicle, Angel Torres-Dellatore could not have been more supportive or informative or energetic toward my having a good buying experience. A friend came with me, who is much more knowledgeable about automobiles than I, and Angel showed him the same warmth and respect, which I appreciated.  I should mention , the young man in Finance (whose name I can't recall) was also very warm and knowledgeable. In all, I'm very glad I went to AutoNation.

The manager is friendly nice and helpful. Josh, the manager, had done a good job to reduce its high fees. 1. "The sale price wasn't negotiable," according to the salesman. Make sure you understand all of it. 2. There were too many added junk fees that shift to the buyer. Not all dealers have the same fees. Advertising was seen on Craigslist. The important thing. 3. Have your exit plan in mind if you change your mind or find a better deal. Buyers are pushed to sign the documents because of high-pressure sales. Beware of your buyers' remorse.
