This AC unit coverage is 350 to 400 square feet which is a large bedroom with great cooling capacity. It has temp /timer, sleep mode & remote sensing on the remote control as you can see on the pic. Its 2 years old only and works great for a larger bedroom . I am only selling it due to a house upgrade of central air in my home. Brand new its sells for $269 plus tax im asking only $175. Now thats a coooooollll deal.
