The Newport 30 is a proven offshore design, and this one has been maintained for use, not sitting neglected at a dock. The slip: Transferable at Dolphin Marina, Marina Del Rey. The assigned slip accommodates up to 34 feet. Current monthly rate is $780, though a properly sized 30-foot slip at Dolphin or another marina in the area typically runs $500–630/month — worth shopping around at transfer. Buyer needs marina approval to transfer. Engine and systems: Diesel engine serviced approximately 14 months ago. Runs well. Auto bilge pump rated at 1,100 GPH, recently installed. Secondary bilge pump included with dedicated tubing and an external battery pack that doubles as a jump starter and general power source. Sails and rigging: Sails and rigging in solid condition. Extensive line inventory included: dock lines, halyards, sheets, and spares. Navigation and communication: Garmin GPS unit. West Marine VHF 680 radio in perfect working condition.
