Clearing out my vintage Apple collection! Here is my prized Cube that I said I wouldn't part with, but it'll be better in someone's collection being used vs collecting dust in mine! It started out as a base G4 Cube 450mhz, and has been extensively upgraded. The upgrades include G4 Cube specific Gigadesign 1.2GHZ CPU upgrade Artmix VRM (upgraded high quality capacitors, much more stable power output) The Artmix supplied lower fan to aid in cooling (between this fan and the one on the GPU it is no longer a silent Cube. Sorry Steve.) Genuine Apple OEM Nvidia GeForce 3 (most powerful OS 9 compatible card that the Cube can take!) 120GB SSD (factory HDD bracket will be included) Maxed out RAM at 1.5GB OEM Cube speakers with the drivers from the iMac G4 speakers swapped in. These have a stronger rubber diaphragm that not only will last nearly forever, but produce a richer sound. The Cube and the speakers are made of 21yr old acrylic. They have scuffs. They do not have any cracks or pieces missing, but they do have scuffs. I photographed them as best as possible but given that they are scuffs in clear acrylic.
