I took my car there because it has an oil leak and they found that it needs a new head gasket.  I made an appointment to take it back to get it fixed.  In the meantime I received an email asking for an honest review of my recent visit there.
The service was good but not excellent so I gave it 8 out 10.  I then received a text message from my Service Advisor asking why.  I told her and she didn't like my response and told me to go elsewhere.  She then canceled my scheduled appointment.  I rescheduled  and that was promptly canceled also.
Crazy thing is that my car has a Warranty from Auto Nation

Overall I had a very good experience with informed people and a clear process. The dealership was serious about giving us a good price, beating other offers. I appreciate their help in learning to use all of the capabilities in the new car. What keeps it from being a 5 was the hard sell around extra add-on protection plans in the financial office. It was the only time the process seemed "old school".

From the minute we walked into AutoNation Subaru, Kevin and Stephen were great to work with.  Stephen helped us confirm the model and the features we wanted and Ezekiel took us on probably the best test drive.  Negotiations weren’t that difficult as we were able to get to an agreement quickly.  I was given a good price for my 10 year old Acura and Lorenzo worked his magic with the finances to get us a final deal that fit our budget.  We drove off in our new Outback very pleased.

Love the car that we purchased, but less excited about the dealership. Did not feel that the sales person addressed our needs. The actual purchase/paper signing took more time then we feel needed. Asked about expediting online but that did not happen. Even after signing all the papers with the finance person we waited an additional 20 minutes for the sales person to get us the keys. The detailing of the exterior was not great. Several areas of the car had wax on the plastic trim leaving a white or faded residue.

Probably would not go back or recommend the dealership.

My first experience with AutoNation Subaru was absolutely fantastic.  Made my appointment online easily, showed up and was attended to immediately.  Received a text almost as soon as I walked out the door with a link to track the service in real time, then received a link with the result of the inspection and the recommendations for what should be addressed.  Approved online, and within an hour of that, my car was done.
Everyone was helpful, friendly and efficient.
Looking forward to my next service in January!
