Went there to check out a lexus they had. We drove it and found a few problems with it the Steven drove it & agreed that the car had issues. We decided not to go with it but Steven was driving a 2018 BMW 530i that caught my eye 'it just arrived' they said. So we drove it and turned out the car needed a motor mount. Steven & Jason agreed to fixing it then give us a call once it was ready to proceed with the buy. A month and a week later we never heard from either Jason nor Steven. We called Jason almost daily to get updates all he kept saying 'it's still at the shop, it's not done yet, I'll get back to you as soon as I hear from that shop, they found more issues then just the motor mount,' excuses after excuses. Mind you the day we test drove it they claimed the car had 'just arrived' that's why they were driving it and nothing had been fixed yet. Their Facebook page pops up one day & come to find out they been having that car since August 2024! when they claimed they had just got it! The reason why am writing this review is because they had me waiting all this time waiting for the car to be ready and nothing! They said before we left that day that my approval was only valid a week but magicly when agreed to take the car after fixing a letter that jason sent to the bank according to him was able to extend that approval to a month lol the month they had me waiting with no response nor updates on the car. Luckily I was able to get a great car with low miles that didn't need fixing at Western Motors Merced. Save your time & don't even bother with this place. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by still waiting for the car to get fixed and nothing. Just know this place has terrible communication with their customers, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice people at first but once you purchase very rude and unprofessional. Will definitely give you the runaround and excuses for not sending license plates . Waited months to receive it, repeatedly reached out to Jason and showed at the lot just for them to say they couldn’t help us “ they sent it out” which they never did, and won’t reimburse us for the dmv fees.

Pretty good process and easy financial.., excellent sales guys jason and steven not pushy at lot they will work with you budget and get you with the vehicle that you want 100% recommend.. for test drive and all process of financing and get me out of the door with my vehicle took about only 2hrs
