Description

*120+ years old!!! *2nd & 3rd pics for price reference only. Similar for $400-$800 with table. Need the space for growing family. Best Offer with soonest pick up! Sewing machine and cast iron stand in good condition. Wood table desk needs TLC & re-finish. Antique 1904 Singer sewing machine. Black machine with gold details with super cool “Sphinx” (early Model) & manual foot pedal treadle. Vibrating shuttle (unique feature). Wood desk with expanding table. Unknown wood (quarter sawn oak?). 3 drawer cabinet/desk. A few of trim pieces off, but they are in drawers. Top of folded desk needs refinish (see pics). Open table top in good condition. One drawer handle missing. Black iron treadle/peddle and stand with classic “Singer” lettering. Needs a belt (I think inexpensive) and to be oiled. We have not tried to sew anything, but it moves fine when pumping the treadle peddle. I know nothing about sewing machines. I had planned to learn with this cool machine, but not going to happen with baby and toddler. My husband is more familiar with vintage and industrial machines, but doesn’t have time to tinker with it either. He may be able to answer some of your questions. There is a manual, but not for the exact model. Refinish and use for sewing. Machine is a cool statement conversation piece for decor. Refinish or replace top and use the iron legs for a cool vintage, shabby chic, industrial table. See pics to see cool iron leg details. I’ve seen these bases look cool with a live edge piece of wood and used as table or desk. Also, a fun potential wedding prop or cake table. Closed tabletop: 30.5” tall 18.25” wide 37.75” long Open tabletop: 59.25” long Open with the machine up: 39” tall Weight: ~ 80-100 lbs *Stored in heated garage, no moisture issues. Ready for re-finish. *Please pick up in Tacoma, unable to deliver. We can help load.
