Home Made Coral Snow 80 ML bottle, with 28 Grams CaCO3 Improves water clarity, reduces phosphates and Nitrates, and is easily filtered out through mechanical filtration. (Must be used in conjunction with a mechanical filtration so once it binds with the particles it’s taken out of the aquarium, or otherwise it will stay in the water column as Calcium Carbonate will not dissolve in the water.) This is a Water Flocculant that is used to help with water clarity when needed in the aquarium. It’s mixed with Food Grade Calcium Carbonate, and 0 TDS RO/DI water. I utilize a Reusable Airless makeup application pump to apply the DIY coral Snow, this allows the Coral Snow to be easily pumped into the aquarium at micro dosing levels with out clogging. Shake well and use. About 10 pumps is 1ML. I personally use after I broadcast feed my aquarium, this flocculant will not dissolve In the water but will bind to small particles in the water column and will be easily removed by protein skimmers or mechanical filtration. Every pump of The Airless bottle pulls the bottom of the container up with pressure which allows for 100 percent of the Coral Snow to be used. The Pump can be reused after you’re done with it for other purposes, simply push down inside the container to reset the base. You can also bring back and I can refill for 5 bucks if need more DIY Coral Snow. I add a drop of blue food grade coloring in mine just for the look. So if you’d like the same effect let me know as I have, blue, red, orange, and brown or simply you can have just the standard white.
