Queen size master bedroom the nice little kitchen shower toilet with a lot of storage a possibility to make a great home for that couple ready to get their hands dirty and make it there personal home! We bought it for way more than what we're looking to get so we just don't have the time to do it so we are sad to say that we have to get rid of it and hopes of a couple finding it and making it a home for themselves it has a little work need to be done but not much it may look like it at first but once you get into really looking around it's perfect for someone who makes wants to make it theirs. It does hook up with a hitch. No fifth wheel.
