**Please read the measurements and make sure they fit your space.*** Measurements: Chair: 55”L x 28”H (not including pillow) x 39.5”D Ottoman: 35.5”L x 17.5”H x 25.5”D Chair and ottoman are 2 separate pieces. Item is in good condition as it was rarely sat on, but it does have a slight discoloration on the ottoman which can easily be covered with a throw blanket. There are also a couple small splatters of paint on front seat cushion as seen in last picture, but are covered when the ottoman is in front of it. Fabric is a beige leaf print. Very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. Pet and smoke free home.
