I’m moving soon and need to downsize on some furniture. These are made of genuine Italian leather. The cushions still have a lot of life in them, no sagging or flat spots. Very comfy. I bought these used as a set years ago, so there’s a bit of wear in some spots, and unfortunately some minor tear in others. We had an incident a few years ago that left a few small punctures and a slash in some spots on the couch. I listed photos above that show them with a quarter next to them for reference. The slash is located on the left side of the couch, as well as the punctures. They are rather small and barely noticeable, and do not affect the integrity of the couch. Both the couch and the chair are rather heavy. I will be around to help you move them if necessary, but you will need to bring a truck and possibly a friend to pick them up.
