Console is BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED IN THE BOX and comes with an original receipt from Best Buy with the full 2 year total tech warranty clearly labeled. That’s two full years of Best Buy’s no questions asked warranty. If ANYTHING happens from a cracked screen to the unit not working for any reason, they will either fix it on the spot or give you a new one. It’s an awesome warranty to have. Cash only and will meet at a local Best Buy, Starbucks or Coffee Bean. I paid over $550 each which includes tax and the 2 year no questions asked Best Buy Total Tech warranty. The warranty is very comprehensive.. if anything breaks, if it gets water damaged, the screen gets cracked, etc., Best Buy will fix or give you a new one if they can’t fix it, at no cost to you.. no questions asked. You can do it up to twice per year if needed. The warranty alone and having an original receipt from Best Buy makes this the best console for sale on offer up.
