SO... where do I begin. I purchased my vehicle from this place a year ago from Alex!!! I LOVE ALEX!!! He was amazing! I would recommend that you all visit him if you are in the market for a vehicle. He was a pleasure to work with and made the car buying experience easy!!!!  I would give him FIVE STARS because of his work and dedication. The service folks are terrible. The very first service I received; I was helped reluctantly by David. He was not pleasant and only helped me because he was the only one there...and that was after waiting to be helped for almost 30 min. Fine, looks like his staff called off on him. But after this experience, I decided to go somewhere else. A year later, I decided to give them a try again, and this time was just as bad. I waited in line for about 20min, before someone (David again) came up to me to ask what I needed help with (as if I wasn't supposed to be there). I told him I had an appointment...he said I should've come up to them to ask for help. I didn't think that's how customer service/business works. At a dealership or any shop, when I pull up, a staff member would walk up to the car to greet and ask how they can help. Anyways, he told me to stand at another desk, where there was no one. After about 5-10 min, a gentleman came up and said, did you need something. I was like yes, David told me to stand here and wait for you. He seemed annoyed and irritated. After it was discovered that I had an appointment, then he seemed to reluctantly help me. After all was said and done, I got my car serviced, but these people have no clue of what good customer service is. Looks like I am back on the market for a good place to get my car serviced. If anyone has any Chevy Service recommendations, please let me know. Again, ALEX is the sales department is GREAT....AND THATS IT! (Everyone else, esp. the service department are TERRIBLE!).

It was time for an oil change! I set up my appointment earlier this week and arrived a few minutes late but was able to still be taken care of in a timely fashion. Thank you Dennis for letting me order lunch with you and the crew. He allowed to sit at one of the desks in the driveway (fresh air) and was mad cool. The staff was highly entertaining and friendly. They found an issue and was able to fix it quickly. Thanks to you guys for being awesome!!

I carried my car in to be serviced and Mr. Denis Gallegos was extremely friendly and very helpful.  He kept me informed from the time I walked in until the time I walked out.  Mr. Lane was very pleasant and kind.  He saw that I brought work to do while waiting, so he put me and my grandson into this nice private work area and checked on me throughout the day.  I’m not sure if the gentleman that puts the protective coating on the car inside and out, he was very nice when I told him why I was in.  He did an excellent job on my car.  The staff that I came in contact with were amazing.

My husband took me here to purchase a car. We live out of state and opted for them to handle the tag due to the inspection already being completed in VA. They said they would send us the tag once it came in. The temporary tagged has expired and getting my state tag has become a hassle. They told us now we have to have the vehicle inspection done in our state and send them the information so I did. Still we received nothing. After many many many calls and unreturned messages they now say I have to go back for another inspection with a signature and send original paperwork. So now I'll go do that. I wonder what they are going to ask for next? Purchasing a car is suppose to be a fun experience but they certainly ruined that for me. Not to mention as soon as I was on I95 heading home I realized that they didn't really fill the tank all the way they only did 3/4 of the tank and once I got home the 7 year warranty they said I had was actually 6 year. If you choose to purchase from here don't let the excitement go to your head. Pay attention to every detail. If you are coming from outside of Virginia, just don't. Our salesman was Alex and I will say he was quite pleasant but everything else that is going on has ruined the experience for us

The staff is extremely friendly, very professional and personable. They provided me with the best options for me, made me feel very welcomed and took care of everything. Would definitely recommend!
