Tripui consists of a hotel and private bungalows, restaurant, swimming pool, amenities and party area. The park is a gated community with some permanent residents. My spaces are at the very southwest of the park on the back row so very secluded. The park has a beautiful view of the Sierra de la Giganta mountains. Just east by 3/4 mile is the beautiful Puerto Escondido which has the boat ramp, slips, restaurants, market, fuel station, and Marina. The 5th wheel is fully loaded with all the basic needs as well as way too many extras. A/C works great, no heater. This is a sweet deal for two or more fishing buddies to take over. Ford Explorer can sit at airport storage 1 block from airport, free shuttle! Fly direct to Loreto via Alaska, American, or Volaris. Hop in your 4x4 and head for 4 days of fishing. ASKING $80k for EVERYTHING 1985 Farallon 25' Whaleback with a Yanmar 6LP Turbo Diesel with Shaft Drive with 1683 hours. Yanmar 315 hp SHAFT DRIVE so there is NO outdrive to deal with. I believe it has a 2:1 gear box. BOAT IS LOCATED IN BAJA 20 minutes south of LORETO BC. Yanmar was installed around 2000. Heavy Duty double axle galvanized trailer with new tires and wheels. Trailer will need brakes as we never needed them traveling 3/4 mile to ramp! Mechanic near town can instal brakes. Diesel was just serviced (oil pan, gaskets, belt, fuel/water filters, oil, etc.) summer of 2020 and has had roughly 50 hours on it since. The port side deck texture is pealing up and needs repair. It is not structural only cosmetic. Kiwi Grip would resolve the deck issues. This boat was purchased around 2002? Custom stainless steel rod rack, bait tank, etc. were fabricated from original owner who resides in Baja and has a welding shop. Bait tank is incredible and keeps bait lively all day. Roughly 70 gallon tank. There is a SS tower with seat with back rest.The Farallon is equipped with a Raytheon Radar, Auto Pilot, Furuno Fish Finder and Garmin GPS units. It is parked on 3 spaces in Tripui Trailer park. 20 minutes south of Loreto (Puerto Escondido). 5th wheel is on one space and a patio/living space is on another space. Farallon and F-350 occupy the third space.The spaces are leased (no fideicomiso). Lease is $5200 year, Park Maintenance is $1150 year, Water appx. $220 year, and Electricity is appx. $20 month. Lease is paid up through Oct 31. Maintenance is paid up through Dec 31. Trailer is turn key with a few repairs needed. Kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Two A/C ceiling vents need to be caulked on roof. Fridge/freezer is now a pantry (doesn't work) mini fridge/freezer inside and out on porch. Freezer in Bodega as well. Entry stairs could use a few support boards! Nothing serious, just didn't have time to repair due to circumstances. Property also has outside patio area with tables and chairs. A nice garden with a very healthy Mango and Orange tree. Bodega (storage room) with hot water heater for bathroom next door. ASKING $20k Any questions 858-20four-347six 1999 Ford F-350 Super Duty Dually 4x4 7.3 Diesel with 134,000 miles. This truck has been used for years to pull the Farallon 3/4 mile to the ramp and back. It was also used to bring the 5th wheel down in 2004. There is a spare rim and tire for the rear. Also has a 5th wheel hitch and a TFI Transfer Flow Inc tank in the bed. We have not used the TFI in YEARS so no idea about it. Head liner has come loose from the heat so it's been removed, looks better! Boost pressure and pyrometer guages. Draw-Tile Activator II as well. The wheels have always been covered as the sun is relentless. All fluids are being changed next week. Tires are in OK condition but due to the fact that the heat rots tires eventually I would say replace them if taking back to the US. If staying in Tripui, they are fine.
