Not a bad place. Owner was kind of condescending. I went to look at a 2017 Nissan Armada. It was in good shape except for the almost bald tires. I had 2 trade ins. Coming from Lakewood to Newark was a hike. The owner was acting like I didn't know that I would have to have both vehicles there. Who can drive 2 vehicles at once? So I left with a sour taste in my mouth. I made a call to Planet Honda in Union because I had looked at a 2020 Nissan Armada 2 days previous. I bought it for a few thousand more but it was worth it. The 2017 was in very good shape but the 2020 was in excellent shape and 20,000 miles less.

The worst place ever… I am warning you do not buy a car from Shawn. The cars look pretty and clean and will get you home and that’s about it. My daughter bought a car a BMW X5 looked brand new. She had it for 11 months and only drove it for two that car has been in the shop more than the car wash, finagled a payment that she could not afford or finance because of her credit so he rigged up paperwork and told her whatever you do don’t answer the phone for the bank. They’ll call 100 times don’t answer right there we should’ve walked away. We told him we needed a car payment And under 400  her car payment is 550 for a car that she hasn’t even driven the motor came from a junkyard and they didn’t put several pieces back together. It’s in the shop again after having it for two days and it’s costing her $1700. I was with her when she bought it and he’s a snake a liar and a thief. He told her he would tell her car down there and fix it and she got it down there quoted her $2700 for a battery and fuse box. Told her it cost so much because of all the programming while her dad put a battery in and there was no programming involved… he also finagled more money and told her she had a two-year warranty with the bank which was an outright lie. There is no warranty and she’s put over $6000 in the car and it’s still not running properly. I warn you he will talk to you like he’s doing you a favor when in fact, it’s an absolute nightmare. I am stressed out every day about my daughter and the money that she’s had to pay because it was my idea to go there. I’m telling you not out of spite but sincere concern I have never left a review for anyone, but this cannot be ignored and needs to be told… when I pulled up,I’m my BMW 650 I had a clicking noise in my wheel and he was quick to tell me I needed a new axle and he could repair it. It’s funny how he doesn’t know his cars are junk, but could hear it just by me pulling up this guy is a con. If you want a car that looks pretty sitting out in front of your house or in your driveway or for fb pics . He’s the man but if you actually need to drive it, I am warning you it’s not going to happen. his only defenses I told you bring it down here well, it can’t be driven to Newark when we live in PA and he’s not gonna fix it for free. We’ve been that route and he tried charging her $2400 more than what the car cost for the battery. She doesn’t even know how many miles are on the car because he neglected to tell us that the engine was from the junkyard. And was installed incorrectly.

Both Shawn and Ben were both very helpful and informative in helping me purchase my first car. They also took care of any issues I had the same day. A really good dealership 10/10!
