The sectional is in excellent condition. The couch has been vacuumed and cleaned. It has not rips or stains. It comes from a pet and smoke free home. It comes apart into 3 separate pieces. All the seat cushions are removable but the back cushions are attached. The couch is very sturdy and heavy.
