Antique Artifact From 1843 England. Very Old Leather Parchment Document Showing Sale Of Land! Indenture

IS THIS SOMEBODY IN YOUR FAMILY TREE??? 1843 LEATHER DOCUMENT CONTAINING A CONTRACT FOR THE SALE OF LAND IN ENGLAND! ALSO HAS BACK UP AUTHENTICITY PAPERWORK!! Land endenture/mortgage from July 18, 1843 With original paperwork Has really cool dripped wax at the bottom of it as well. This thing is in remarkably good shape for its age. Very clean. The handwriting is beautiful. Notice that this document is folded up, and there are deep creases in the leather. That’s how all of these old land indenture contracts are. These things get folded up at the time that they were written. So they could immediately be fit in an envelope or briefcase or something of that nature for the business persons records, as soon as the transaction took place So if this were to be shipped to you, it is already folded and creased and I would just fold it the way it was folded hundreds of years ago When it was first written. It also has a back up proof document from the same year that goes along with this. This small piece of paper is also made of leather. The whole large part of the document is 25 1/2 x 31 1/2 This is a really really cool piece of history and I think it would look awesome hanging on the wall and a glass frame.
