Vintage Lefton China, specifically from the "Fruit & Flowers Fantasia" collection, likely a creamer jar with the model number #6756. The marking "MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN" indicates it was produced between 1945 and 1952, a period when Japan was under Allied occupation following World War II. It belongs to the "Fruit & Flowers Fantasia" line, It had some crazing No fading No chips I’d say it has signs of normal wear and tear for its age.
