I took my Chevy Traverse to get my check engine light serviced. Not only did I not have an appointment or any clue that I had a bad catalytic converter. But Mr Guillermo approached me with such knowledge and professionalism to help me out. I walked in on a Friday and by Monday my car was ready. He went above and beyond to check my warranty and get me covered. I didn’t pay nothing, he kept me updated and all around I was impressed. If you need your Chevrolet car truck serviced go here. In the past I was true to Mark Christopher. After this day…I learned what customer service is supposed to be when it comes to car maintenance. Thank You Guillermo. Give this man a raise. And his office smelled the best. I Appreciate you and I appreciate great service.

My husband and I had a very good experience there. We were helped by Jesse. The whole team was very welcoming and friendly. They worked with what we traded in and put down. I did not feel railroaded or like I was taken advantage of. I had a really bad experience at Honda in Montclair when I went to buy my first car, I ended up going somewhere else. This experience I went in tense, but I left feeling great, scene and appreciated. I would definitely feel confident going back, and fully recommend. Thank you Jesse and team!!

I appreciate the customer service, I appreciate the detail they did on my car. They only got 4 stars because my engine light came back on after they had it 2 weeks. Clearly I’m angry with General Motors. Hopefully we will find a solution but this is a good dealership.

Travis was so great to work with from the moment I expressed interest in my new Chevy Bolt. He was genuinely kind and helpful every step of the way. Michele in the finance department also made that part fun somehow…haha! I highly recommend working with this dealership to anyone.

I really enjoyed the attention that I received the moment I drove up. I was greeted by Victoria and we immediately started looking at vehicles and showed me the one that I was particularly interested in. After a test drive within the first 20 minutes of us meeting, we went to discuss numbers and I was greeted and introduced to Vincent  I was very pleased with the attention that I received by both Vincent and Victoria. I’ve bought many vehicles, but I’ve never received the attention that I received at Mountain View Chevrolet. Great customer service.
