Back in August of 2024, I purchased a Kia soul from them. Took it for a test drive, got up to speed all the fun jazz. NOT EVEN 4 days later, it popped a check engine light and stalled. Come to find out it needed a new engine, no where in the 757 is there anyone willing to work in a kia soul engine.
As is vehicle or not, they worked with me for a little before handling all conversations with my FATHER who had NOT signed off on any paperwork. They told me they would be willing to cover the cost of half of an engine (used) if I could find one. I did, and was then told there was a budget. Was not ONCE mentioned in any of the conversations held.
While also dealing with a broke down vehicle, I was fighting to get the title given to my bank so I could transfer it out to sell the LEMON that was sold to me. (regardless of lemon laws, new or not, this vehicle was absolutely garbage)
I was promised a rental vehicle as well, and was asked to commit insurance fraud and pay insurance on a vehicle I did not own to have said rental.
Over 3 months of fighting for a vehicle that worked for maybe 50 miles.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PURCHASE FROM THIS LOT. They are scammers and complete frauds.

Communications with dealership ran from Augusted 8th 2024 until late November after the paperwork for the title was handed off.
Bebe is the owner of the business, and even mentioned having his wife drive my car before I purchased it. BBB review was submitted, but never accepted. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY STATE.

I bought a used car from them over 30 days ago and paid in full. When I bought the car I was told that I would receive my title and plates in 30 days. However I was informed by the DMV a couple days ago (30 days after purchase) that there was no car registered to my name and that the VIN i provided was still registered to someone else. I spoke with the dealer that same day and was told that the “floor planner” holds all the car titles and that they have up to 60 days to release my title to them. That didn’t make any sense to me and when I spoke with the Virginia Dealer Board they confirmed my suspicions; the only way I would have had to wait this long to receive my car title from a “floor planner” was if the dealer didn’t submit the paperwork or if they didn’t pay the money that was owed to the floor planner. So I followed up with the dealer again today and this time the entire story changed. This time my car was purchased from a bank at an auction and I would have to wait for the bank to release my title to the dealer. You know what DIDNT change in that story? The supposed 60 days waiting period! I don’t know why the dealer wants to sit on my title for 60 days but I’m already tired of getting the runaround. I will be filing complaints against the dealer with the Dealer Board and the Attorney General’s office and I will be seeking a consumer protection attorney to resolve the matter. DO NOT waste your time or money with this dealer; go with someone more reputable and do your research! If I had done mine, I would have seen the several negative reviews from people with similar issues with receiving their car titles or the D- minus rating they have on the Better Business Bureau’s website. Don’t be like me… pass over this dealership and don’t look back!

Was looking for a decently priced SUV for my wife and found this gem. We got in contact with Scott and he was such a pleasure to work with. We got a great price and after getting the car we did have a small issue and I contacted Scott and they got it taken care of efficiently. Before you buy from them:
1. Ensure they have a title in hand.
2. Take a mechanic with you to look at the vehicle.
37 days later still no title. They will falsify the purchase date on the registration as well. Charged me $65 for NEW plates when all I signed for and needed was a $2 Transfer. If you’re MILITARY STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. When any issues came up he was happy to find a solution and at the end of the day I got an awesome car at an awesome price. Thanks Scott!
