Awesome machine but we received a new Jura recently and can't justify keeping this one in our kitchen. We have owned it for about 9 years and it has taken our coffee drinking to another level. We have used higher end beans without oil coating to preserve the grinder. The bean lid is the only thing that is slightly broken; one of the hinges is cracked which means the lid lifts completely off instead of flipping up and staying in place. We have also descaled the machine when it asks us. The machine will come with some extra descaling solution. This machine is also very easy to maintain. Lots of replaceable parts and I believe it is fairly highly sought after in the used coffee machine world.
