I need help reconstructing this headpiece. The lace has rust stains on it and probably can’t be saved/ needs to be replaced. One of the bows has some kind of blue stain on it? It probably needs to be replaced or covered with some star buttons or something. Just pls help me make it look pretty again :( I will pay for supplies and labor. I have a dress that matches it and without the headpiece it just isn’t complete :(
