SELL AS-IS Had it for a year now, has taken a beating on my regular commutes (all day all weather everyday on Bronx roads) - Electric motor: nonfunctional - Steering - stiff - Battery is in good shape. - Tires: had 3 flats in past year, both tires have aftermarket plastic sealant inside of them . Can use this for parts, restoration, pet project etc. Runs beautiful when it works.
