Spent 2 weekends gathering information for no reason. Explained my whole situation the first week they said that they could easily work with me. Come back next weekend and they acted like they were surprised to see me. Doesn't let you drive the  car for a test drive. Finally after already running my credit they were like well chances are we can't work with you. Sent to a credit union after who they said they think they can work with. Said they would have a response same day, come 30 minutes before close they said now it would take till after christmas to have a decison. Also said they could work with a cosigner and 7 hours later said ya that was going to not work out. Here we 2 days after christmas and they still did not reach out to me with a response about the credit union. Also their cash price was pretty insane for what the car was.  Only saving grace was i found the car for a fraction of the price with half the miles elsewhere. Running a credit report and not having the result of approved or denied is a bare mininum and they have made no attempt to reach out to me with the result. Luckily they missed out on a cash sale since i bought the same exact car elsewhere. Go to Alsa Enterprises Motors instead.

Five Stars was not enough for the service we received from Luis!! He’s kind, humble, attentive, very helpful and most of all put us with the vehicle we have wanted for many years! Stop at Auto Union and ask for Luis! Thank You Luis you were Awesome!

Auto Union is a great dealership! The staff is very nice and helpful. David helped me in my search for my first car! He worked with me to help me find the best fit for me as he gave me options and recommendations. He allowed me to test drive it and look at other cars in another location, definitely went out of his way for me to be certain with my decision. I love my car and I'm really happy with the decision I made.
The cars sold here are in great condition. They don't pressure you at all. If anything needs to be addressed, it's done right there and then. It helps so much how flexible they are as well, they really care for their customers. If you're looking for a car, I highly recommend asking for David, he's great at helping you find the best fit for you!

I love the people that work at this place, very nice people! I bought my 2nd car at this place and it’s amazing . I bought a Scion FR-S 2015 and I got a really good deal on it. The owner of the place helped me out with prices and he’s very nice. Most importantly, One of the employees that work at the place called David helped me out a lot. He was the one in charge of me and treated me and my family really well. Definitely recommend this place if you want to get a car.
