I will never buy another car from these people. You've heard of crooked salesmen. these guys are as slippery as they come. I ended up paying $4,000 more then what they had listed. they slipped it all in the paperwork and made it seem like it was the original price. You better be good with paperwork cause if you are financing they have tons of it. I didn't find out till later that there was a $3,000 charge for financing. and they charged $2,000 for onstar which they made seem like it was free. Before i bought the car they had 5 star reviews so i was expecting a good clean deal. today i see a lot of bad reviews. there must have been a change recently where they decided it would be more lucrative just to RIP PEOPLE OFF. luckily i did a half decent inspection on the car so hopefully it will last longer than for some of these other people who got ripped off here.

I made the trip from Santa Rosa, CA to buy a car from them, and I’m so glad I did. Excellent customer service and a seamless process. If you can STAY AWAY. I don’t care how much they tell you that their price for that vehicle is the best around. It doesn’t matter because after you run around to get everything in order within a view hours they will SELL your car to someone else. Worst experience by far. The manager told me to come in and do the downpayment and within a hour when you show up…. Is in the middle of signing papers for that same car to someone else. This also isn’t the first occurence, there is another review saying this happened before but really what’s the odds. I have been on the phone calling and texting these guys updating them and telling them I’m gonna PURCHASE this car that day and that’s it. Won’t even have common human decency saying hey someone is in the process of buying that car but instead will have me wait in the lobby while they are fianilizing papers with another customer for the same car. Just shady and scummy. Take your money somewhere else. They put add ons onto the car and told me it’s mandatory to pay for it even though it’s a add on.
