This is a unique pair of 1970s retro-cool , upcycled industrial storage stools / ottomans Originally manufactured as Leverpak Fibre Drums by the Continental Group, these have been converted into heavy-duty, functional furniture pieces. Don’t let the carpet fool you the cores are high-density industrial metal and fiberboard with reinforced steel rims. The manufacturer’s stamp confirms a 300 lb weight capacity and an 800 psi sidewall test, making them incredibly sturdy for seating. Use them as comfortable footrests, extra stools for guests, or hidden storage bins. The lids remove easily to reveal a deep interior, perfect for hiding blankets, pillows, or toys. They fit perfectly with Boho, Space Age, or Eclectic decor. In very good vintage condition conditions for its age .
