I bought this bag in 2020. I recently washed it and it stiffened the straps and brown ban at the top (can be replaced by Gucci or leather repair shops.) Wear to corners of the bag. Bands are threading. Some minimal stains to the interior of the bag. It’s in fair condition. Recently used leather conditioner to soften the straps and leather and it worked!
