I had a short time frame to purchase a vehicle for myself. I purchased an 2019 Chevrolet Impala without sound and later found out it need an amplifier. When asked about replacement I was told I needed to wait an additional week and they couldn’t tell me what the problem was because  there mechanic was not on stand by. I was also quoted 18,000 for my vehicle and purchased it for way more than I should’ve. When asking sales representatives if I needed to pay for the expenses I was told I could make hand made tortillas for them very unprofessional not a great experience especially for my first car. I ended up paying an additional 950$ at Michael Chevrolet to repair my amplifier.
