It’s in great shape no leaks or soft spots all original These are extremely rare only found two of them for sale on marketplace one was $17,000 the other one $10,000. Definitely gonna sell fast one it sold by tomorrow. Fully loaded has everything like heat hot water electric electricity hook ups appliances like sink stove, top burners mini fridge cable ready. It doesn’t have air conditioning but it has 3 speed ceiling vent ceiling fan. You can easily put one of those portable air conditioners with the hose no biggie. It has full size bed in the rear and small dinette booth on the side converts into a bed. Full kitchenette, obviously and a wet house bathroom toilet, and stand up shower combo. One owner bought it brand new used it a handful of times basically sat parked indoors. These are pretty much weatherproof it’s pretty much solid as day bought.$5000 is extremely cheap for this Clean registration and bill of sale it’s actually still registered. Doesn’t expire until end of August.
