Do NOT be fooled by their good ratings. I had the worst experience here. I purchased a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee from them that had mechanical issues right away. When I pointed them out, they promised to fix them—but their urgency was only in getting me to finalize the sale and contact the bank.

My biggest mistake? Trusting them.

The bank ended up denying the loan twice due to the issues with the vehicle, so I returned the Jeep on Monday. They refused to give me back my deposit. After three days of chasing them down with messages and calls, Israel finally gave me a written check—but they kept $500, claiming it was a restocking fee, GPS charges, and “wear and tear.”

Here’s the kicker: there was no valid contract because the bank sent the paperwork back and declined the loan. Yet they’re still trying to charge me like the deal went through. And yes, they even put the same Jeep back on the market!

These people are frauds. Don’t be fooled by the Bible verses on their walls or their fake professionalism. Israel says “he’s just the middleman” and to talk to Roman (the owner), but Roman blocked me. That should tell you everything you need to know.

They knowingly sell cars with issues, pressure you to move quickly, and then keep your money when things fall apart. $500 wasn’t worth the damage to their reputation. Mind you I purchased extended warranty. The bank didn’t pay you because there were issues with the jeep!  Learn from my mistake—stay far away.

Israel Gonzalez who works at Roman Motor company has got to be the kindest honest giving person that I think I have ever met in my life. When no one else could or would this fine gentleman got me in a car not only did he give me in a car he remembered me from probably a month ago asking about a Nissan juke he didn't have any but as soon as he did the day it drove up in the driveway he called me and then the next day I was in that vehicle. Everyone over there is so friendly they treated me like family and I highly recommend if you're in the market for a vehicle this is where you go. They have a good selection again they have a wonderful employees and they make you feel comfortable. Thank you to everyone over at Roman Motor company specially Isreal Gonzalez thanks for caring sir! 💯❤️😪🤪

Just be make sure u check the vehicle u purchase from here.  My son only had his car for 7mnths and this is what happened to it and thank goodness the fire trucks got to my house on time.

Owner…I’m just telling these consumers is to take a good luck at the car before buying it.  I do not know what the ins/outs are with used car companies but wouldn’t u get the car fully checked out before putting it for sale??? And what were u going to do for us if we called about this?? U would have told us u signed the paper “as is” and my son didn’t buy the car we bought it for him and paid in full.  No financing. Just thank god my kids wasn’t injured and my house didn’t get damaged either.
