A resident upgraded to another couch she told me she only had it for about a year & had no room for it or anyone who wanted it, so ended up giving it to me. I already have a new couch at my place so no need for this one. Super comfortable & in great condition as she is a single elderly lady who’s just living on her own. *non smoking environment* no major damages just needing gone asap due to no space in my maintenance shop. ****Lady said she paid about $1,500+ for the couch & sofa chair 🪑 so trying to work a lil on the price due to it still being new & well taken care of **** *dimensions in 3rd pic listed* Length of couch 6’8 feet *****PICK UP ONLY PLEASE****** Due to me not having a truck
