Up for sale is a gorgeous 1997 purple specialized rock hopper mountain bike. Lots of upgrades and updates including new tubes and tires new seat and gel cover New cluster and spoke protector New pedals new grips vintage handlebar, extenders, vintage double clamp stem. just rode the bike today and it rides amazing and actually passes a lot of new or more expensive road bikes. This thing is quick. It is 21 speed and I am 5’8” and it fits me perfectly. Don’t want to sell it honestly, but I am running out of space. That being said, I do remember when those things were brand new in the 90s and I couldn’t afford it. This would’ve been a dream bike for me.
